Is this the new Storm Trooper design for Episode VII?

So design artist Tom Hodges claims he got a glimpse of the new Storm Trooper designs for Episode VII. Since he hadn’t signed anything and isn’t working for Lucasfilm or Disney proper, he figured he’d draw what he saw and share that to Instagram. It’s since been pulled down, but as nothing ever goes away on the internet – here you go:

Is this real? I have no idea. But since I love my crazy Star Wars rumors, I figured we’d run with it.
