Let Them Eat Brains: AMC Orders Walking Dead Spinoff

Sensing the never-tiring, always hungry demand of the masses, AMC has ordered a Walking Dead spinoff series, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The reported spinoff series, which will take place in the universe created by Robert Kirkman, has been rumored since late last year. What can we expect from this spin-off? Details are scarce, but one thing we do know is that it won’t take place in Georgia, where the current series has been set. Says Kirkman, ““It definitely won’t be set in Georgia—I can at least say that. It’s important to us that this show exists on its own. ”

It will be interesting to see where Kirkman and company take this new series, as well as to see how people argue with each other with occasional zombie interruption outside of the deep south.

Pher Sturz

Christopher, or Pher as most Great Apes refer to him (except for Chimpanzees – because they’re rude and never tip waiters either…), is a normal looking Homo Sapiens Sapiens. He’s so normal looking, he’s the host most likely to turn out to be a serial killer or trained assassin. Pher claims he is not, but that’s exactly what we’d expect him to say. Pher has never cofounded an anime convention, which makes his life incomplete and Nick and Trae just feel sorry for him most of the time. Pher left Nerd & Tie at the end of 2016.
