Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey Join Cast of “Walking Dead” Spinoff
Deadline is reporting that Frank Dillane and Alycia Debnam Carey are the first to sign on to the cast of Cobalt, a forthcoming spinoff of the highly successful AMC series The Walking Dead.
Dillane may be familiar to Harry Potter film fans as he played young Tom Riddle in the films, and of course Carey is best known from that episode of McLeod’s Daughters she did in 2006.
…well, more people probably know her from Into the Storm, but whatever.
Cobalt will take place in the same universe as The Walking Dead, although the casts of the two show likely won’t interact… unless one of the shows gets cancelled.
Then I’m sure someone’ll do a guest appearance.
So yeah, another Zombie TV show. With The Walking Dead, Z Nation and iZombie I’m sure we needed another one. Really.
