Mechad Brooks Cast as Jimmy Olsen in ‘Supergirl’
CBS’s forthcoming Supergirl has now cast a Jimmy Olsen with True Blood‘s Mechad Brooks.
In the Supergirl series, Olsen will be working as a photographer at (the yet uncast) Cat Grant’s CatCo. A bit different than his standard comics occupation? Yes. But that’s what you do when you’re working with the Superman IP but can’t use Clark, Lois or the Daily Planet.
Personally, I’m getting excited for this series even though it’s on CBS.
