‘Houdini and Doyle’ TV Show Greenlit

Deadline is reporting that Fox, ITV and Shaw Media have picked up the Sony TV series Houdini and Doyle. Loosely based off the real life friendship of Harry Houdini and Sir Arthur Conan Doyle, the show will feature them solving paranormal and supernatural crimes…

…so like a Victorian X-Files or Supernatural.

The show is created by David Titcher, David Shore and David Hoselton. No word yet on who will play the leads, but the show has been ordered straight to series (and will run ten episodes).

This will either be awesome or terrible, I can’t decide.
