First Look at Adam West and Burt Ward’s (Animated) Return to Playing the Dynamic Duo

It was first announced back in March of 2015 that Adam West and Burt Ward would return as Batman and Robin in a new animated film in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the 1966 television series. Well, it’s 2016 now (the 50th anniversary came and went), but we’re finally getting to see something from this long awaited project.

Entertainment Weekly has the new teaser trailer for the film (though we’ve embedded a mirror of it bellow). Titled Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders, it also sees the return of Julie Newmar as the voice of Catwoman.

Honest to god, I’m really excited about this. The 1960s Batman series was my first exposure to the caped crusader, and getting more Adam West in my life makes the little kid in me very, very happy.

Batman: Return of the Caped Crusaders comes out Digital HD on October 11th, followed by a Bluray release on November 1st.

Update: A full trailer is out now as well!
