Episode 112 – Nightmare of Nonsense

On this episode of Nerd & Tie Nick and Gen go it alone, as Skype decided it hated Trae just before the episode began. The two of them discuss Netflix’s renewal of Mystery Science Theater 3000, The CW’s firing of Andrew Kreisberg, Bryan Fuller and Michael Green’s departure from American Gods, Anime Boston’s lawsuit against Boston AnimeFest (with Trae chiming in in post-production), and how Waxacon wrote some bad checks.

It’s all very exciting.

Trae Dorn

Trae is the tallest of the hosts, and he is certain it’s because he is the oldest. This is (at the very least) why he is the baldest. Trae co-founded Wisconsin’s longest running Anime convention No Brand Con and refuses to apologize for it... which he probably should. Trae also writes the webcomics UnCONventional and The Chronicles of Crosarth, which leads many to ask when the hell he has time to actually do anything anymore. He says he has time because he “does it all quite poorly.”
