Episode 135 – The Raymond Francis Jelley Experience

On this episode of Nerd & Tie, we dive deeply into Raymond Francis Jelley of Angry Goat Productions and Raymond Francis & Associates. He has a habit of announcing events that never seem to materialize, and with yet another one out there we thought a review of his history might be fun.

In the headlines before that though, we tackle the possible Shrek reboot, along with what the heck the PG-13 Deadpool 2 edit is going to be. This whole episode is a bit of an adventure, really.

So hold on to your hats…

Just letting you know you were incorrect about Case 2:17-cv-01801-MWF (William Kircher v. Angry Goat Productions, LLC et al). That case was not (as you incorrectly said) “thrown out.” Per Doc 40 (filed 11/22/17), which is a Stipulated Judgment and Order Dismissing the Case, Judge Michael W. Fitzgerald ruled against Defendants jointly and severally in favor of Plaintiff (Kirchner) and awarded him $28,000. The order also mentions that the judgement can not be discharged by Raymond Jelley or Angry Goat in bankruptcy. It further orders Defendants to remove Plaintiff’s likeness and references thereto from all social media. All of this can be viewed on PACER.gov; it is public record.

I worked with Ray on a fake festival “Taste of the World Festival” mid-late 2000’s… Was supposed to be held at Los Angeles Center Studios… I was never paid for any of my time nor was a sweet friend I brought in, to help with sales. The venue was never booked and I don’t believe anyone was ever repayed.
