First Look at Tyler Hoechlin as Supergirl’s Man of Steel

We first heard that Tyler Hoechlin had been cast as Superman in season two of Supergirl. This afternoon, DC Entertainment finally put out the first promotional image of Hoechlin in his super suit (alongside Supergirl‘s titular heroine played by Melissa Benoist).

It’s not too surprising, especially since we’ve seen the character onscreen (albeit out of focus or completely CGI at a distance), but it’s nice to see what Hoechlin will look like as the last son of Krypton.

Supergirl, formerly of CBS, comes to The CW on Monday nights this fall.
