We Almost Forgot: There’s Totally an ‘Alien: Covenant’ Trailer

So the problem with dropping a trailer on Christmas Eve is that some of us take the holiday weekend off and don’t notice it. Also, we kinda forgot there was a new Alien movie coming out this spring. What can we say, 2017 is going to be a busy year.

Anywho, the trailer for Alien: Covenant is here, and… well it’s an Alien trailer. The visuals look right, the cut is sufficiently scary… but like any trailer, it’s a highlight real spliced together by a separate team of editors than the actual production staff. So, it might be good? I mean, it’s coming out two weeks after Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, so the competition in theaters is going to be stiff.

I guess we’ll find out when Alien: Covenant comes out on May 19, 2017.
